Changes...

Change is in the air. From here on out I will be blogging about the kids and about my adventures as a stay at home mom and college student! I got financial aid to cover all of my school and I am going to attend Tennessee Tech Murfreesboro. I am doing a one year program in Medical Coding and Health Information Technology. I am getting so excited, anxious and nervous! Registration is Monday August 24 and then I start classes the following week!! Ricky recently started school as well and he is taking 2 classes at a time until he finishes his Associates in Criminal Justice. So far Ricky has a 100% average in Government and I am not sure of the actual grade in Management but he has an A in that as well! I am hoping to do just as well in my classes! My classes for the first trimester are

BST 1000 Professional Development
BST 1010 Keyboarding/Document Processing/Basic Word
BST 1020 Business English
BST 1030 Math with Calculator (Basic Math & Calculator)
BST 1040 Office Procedures I (Phone Skills and Filing Procedures)
BST 1050 Computer concepts (Windows & Basic Concepts)

Books are outrageous as well for my 7 classes. First Trimester books are just a little under 500.00 Thank God for Financial Aid!!! I am feeling confident about this step in my life. I will be updating on the kids, school and My Life in general through all of this. I am hoping I can gain some regular readers through expanding the topics I am writing about!
